Doug's Auto Shop felt that they didn't have a strong enough online presence without a website. They knew that being more accessible to their consumers would get more business and leave their clients happier

Doug's Auto Shop gets a reasonable amount of scheduled appointments, however they would like to get more walk ins from emergency repairs and other avenues of foot traffic. When a customer leaves Doug's Auto Shop they feel as though they and their vehicle were treated with respect and care. The shops attention to detail never goes unnoticed, and we needed to make sure that we mimicked that experience with their new website. We needed to build something that shows the consumer the tremendous level of work that they put into every job, and we had to build consumer trust even if they had never visited Doug's Auto Shop before.
Value
By working closely with the team, we are able to put together a brand that properly reflects the companies values, morals, and ethics. We are able to clearly and effectively convert the shops energy into an online medium. Building trust before a client has even stepped in a shop is incredibly valuable. They enter with the expectation that they will be treated well and priced fairly, and as such look for things that prove that pre disposition. This leads to higher reviews and more traffic despite doing the same job that they have always done.
